All orders placed over £50 will be sent by register mail

Delivery policy

All photographs will be printed once a week, normally mid-week, at our printing center then sent out by the post specified.

If the order has not been received within 14 working days please contact us.  Normal delivery is First Class UK Post and this is included in our quoted price, but we can deliver by Airmail or other means if specifically requested. 

Returns and Refund Policy

If the print is not of acceptable quality then we or our agents will automatically try and reprint the picture before sending to the Customer. 

However if we send it but the Customer considers that it is still not acceptable on Technical grounds and then we may consider refund of the full fee.Returns should be sent to Blue Diamond , 60 Park Street, Bristol BS4 3BJ.

If the print is not received within 28 working days of being ordered, and we have had due notice of at least 14 days to rectify the problem then we will refund the full fee if requested, This must be done in writing.

Note that if the client requests it we will also make further attempts get the prints to the customer. 

Note however that successful delivery can only be guaranteed if the client gives us the correct address and we can not be held responsible for delivery failure due to client error or omission.

Privacy Policy

We do not share this information with any other organization.  Client data is stored on password protected computers with anti virus software and firewall's installed.

Deposit & Payment Policy

All work will require a 25% Deposit in Advance and the Booking will not be agreed as confirmed until this deposit has been received and cleared.  This deposit will be retained if work is cancelled by Client without due notice and clear agreement.
 
The remaining 75% is due once the work is complete according to our terms and conditions.  Full payment may be paid in advance, but payment will still have to be made up of two separate payments of 25% and 75%.

If work is started befor payment. The photographs will remain the property of Blue Diamond and many be use for pubication to promote Blue Diamond until Payment is made.

Standed processing for digital negtivies is 7 - 14 woking days from job date

Full photoshop "individual photogaph" can be provied starting at £15 GBP Per Photograph
